WHAT IT’S FOR
Measured player development for baseball and softball athletes in St. Louis. Every athlete is assessed before they are coached. Each gets a written evaluation and a 4-week plan, then is re-tested against that first assessment. Movement 4 Power is the official training arm of Southside Prospects.
